Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') govern the conditions and procedures for use of marketing-related services (hereinafter referred to as 'Service') provided by Growth, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'Company'), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.

1. 'Service' refers to all services provided by the Company through its website (growthmk.com) and related platforms, including marketing consulting, content provision, and advertising agency services. 2. 'User' refers to any person who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. 3. 'Content' refers to all information provided through the Service, including text, images, videos, and data.

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or otherwise communicated to users. 2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate applicable laws, and amended Terms shall be communicated in the same manner as described in Paragraph 1. 3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue their use of the Service.

1. The Company provides the following services: - SEO (Search Engine Optimization) - GEO / AIEO (AI Engine Optimization) - B2B Marketing - Content Marketing - Performance Marketing - ASO (App Store Optimization) - Marketing insights and guide content 2. The Company may change the content of the Service and shall provide prior notice of such changes.

1. The Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical circumstances. 2. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service due to scheduled system maintenance, expansion, replacement, or system failures.

Users shall not engage in any of the following: - Misappropriating another person's information - Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transmission of Company content - Using the Service to engage in activities that violate laws or public morals - Infringing upon the Company's intellectual property rights - Interfering with the stable operation of the Service

1. Copyright and intellectual property rights for content posted on the Service belong to the Company. 2. Users may not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or provide it to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.

1. The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, wars, or service suspension by telecommunications operators. 2. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user. 3. Content provided by the Company is for reference purposes only, and the Company shall not be liable for decisions made based on such content.

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Matters concerning the collection, use, and provision of personal information are governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

1. Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. 2. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user regarding the use of the Service, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be effective from January 1, 2024.
